- The Merchant for sales is Deni Play on the Plains Festival Pty Ltd (ACN 50125560509) t/as Deni Play on the Plains Festival Pty Ltd of Deniliquin Festival Site, 8235 Conargo Road, Deniliquin NSW 2710 (herein the ‘Merchant’, 'We', 'Our' or 'Us').
- We sell tickets to purchasers of tickets (‘You’, ‘Your’) offered via this website as per the terms and conditions following;
- If the name listed at 1. above is Ticket Solutions Pty Ltd then this website and the website oztix.com.au or localtix.com.au (the "Oztix / Localtix Website") are owned and operated by Ticket Solutions Pty Ltd and We provide ticketing services via the websites as the authorised agent of event organisers, such as artists, venues, or event promoters (herein the 'Presenter') and any tickets purchased from this website are purchased from Us as the agent of the Presenter. Any dispute you have relating to an event or ticket purchase is between you and the Presenter. As an agent for the Presenter, We are not liable for any claims relating to an event or ticket purchase, except as otherwise set out in these terms and conditions. Or
- If the name listed at 1. above is a name other than Ticket Solutions Pty Ltd t/as Oztix/Localtix, then clause 3 shall not apply and we sell tickets offered via this website as the event organiser (herein the ‘Merchant’, ‘We’, ‘Us’, ‘Our’) and any tickets purchased from this website are purchased from Us as the Merchant. Any dispute you have relating to an event or ticket purchase is between You and Us. In this instance, Oztix/Localtix is a company We have engaged to provide a software platform and related services to facilitate the sales of tickets. Oztix is not selling You the tickets, nor acting as agent for promoter or presenter, nor is the merchant for the sales of tickets. The Oztix / Localtix Website is owned and operated by Ticket Solutions Pty Ltd (ACN 106 907 206) of PO Box 6191, Fairfield Gardens, 4103, Queensland, Australia. If you buy tickets from the Oztix/Localtix Website you are subject to Our Terms and Conditions and Oztix’s / Localtix’s Terms and Conditions and You may (or may not, as the case may be) be subject to the Terms and Conditions following.
- The Presenter nor Oztix / Localtix are not liable for any claims relating to an event or ticket purchase, except as otherwise set out in these terms and conditions.
- By visiting, using, or purchasing any tickets via this website you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and Our Privacy Policy.

Every ticket sold through this website is also subject to:
- the Oztix/Localtix additional term and conditions (please see Oztix/Localtix website); or as the case may be;
- the Presenter additional term and conditions (please see Presenters website); and
- the Merchants additional term and conditions (please see Merchants website); and
- any terms and conditions of the venue at which event is held (please see the venue’s website); and
- any terms and conditions that may be printed on the ticket or on signage at the event entrance.
- The Presenter or Merchant reserves the right to add, withdraw, reschedule, or substitute artists and/or vary programs, prices, venues, seating arrangements and audience capacity and the terms and conditions.
- All Ticket Customers consent to be filmed and or recorded as members of the audience.
- Use of this website is restricted to personal use and reference only.
- All Prices quoted are in Australian Dollars and include local taxes (GST) where applicable.
- Online sales will cease when the allocation of tickets is sold, at a time otherwise specified or usually 2 hours before doors open for the event.
- The Presenter, Merchant or Oztix/ Localtix reserves the right not to sell tickets to any third party, person, agent, entity or company.
- Tickets will be delivered to You by the method You select during the booking process. If tickets are sent using Registered Post or a Courier service, they will only be sent to addresses where the purchaser can sign for the delivery. Mail delivery option will cease to be offered 10 days before the event.
- Tickets may not, without the prior consent of the Presenter or Merchant, be resold or offered for resale at a premium over the face value of the ticket (including via online auction sites) or used for advertising, promoting or other commercial purposes (including competitions and trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods or services either by the original purchaser or any subsequent ticket holder unless agreed in writing with the Merchant.
- Notwithstanding these terms and conditions, if You use a "disposable" or "temporary" credit card (such as those purchased over the counter at supermarkets) for Your online purchase We are not able to make any refund to you unless a) You can provide full details of the credit card; b) the credit card remains valid; and c) You can produce the online purchase receipt.
- NB: Your Credit Card statement will itemise a purchase as a charge from "Deni Play on the Plains Festival Pty Ltd".
- The Presenter or Merchant will only refund tickets per these terms and conditions and to the extent permitted by law. The presenter Merchant or Oztix / Localtix has no liability to you.
- We do not replace any lost, stolen or destroyed tickets or exchange or substitute tickets after purchase, except in limited circumstances. We reserve the right to charge you a reasonable fee for the replacement of tickets. Please treat your tickets like cash, as we cannot replace lost tickets.
- The Merchant reserves the right to alter the date, the venue and the entertainment and activities as advertised, without prior notice to you. Your entitlement to a refund in such circumstances is determined by the Merchant. Please contact Us for details in this instance to determine your eligibility for a refund.
- If the date, time, or venue of an event is rescheduled or changed, your ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled date, time, and venue or as determined by the Presenter or Merchant.
- If We authorise a Refund, We will refund to you the Ticket Price. If the Presenter instructs Us to do so, We will also refund the Booking Fee and or Transaction Fee and or the Handling Fee. Any Postage Delivery fees charged for tickets that were not dispatched will also be refunded.
- Any refund payable can only be made back to the credit card (whether temporary or otherwise) used in the original transaction.
- Oztix / Localtix will send customers a direct email and or post any relevant information regarding any cancelled or rescheduled events on our website when known. It is your responsibility to check our website for information concerning any events.
- You acknowledge that venues are or may become subject to public health orders or advice providing that patrons are vaccinated, are medically exempt from vaccination or can provide evidence of their Covid-19 free status before entering the venue. It is a condition of the booking that patrons abide by any Covid-19 checking-in or verification procedures that the venue implements to address the public health orders or advice.
- We fulfil Our commitment to you for the sale of tickets by either mailing or emailing the ticket to You or by making the ticket available at the door or Box Office for You to collect. If You have elected to receive the tickets by mail or email and have not received your ticket(s) within 48 hours of the event, it is Your responsibility to contact Oztix / Localtix.
- We sell tickets coupled with other offerings such as VIP experiences, music, merchandise etc. (So-called "Bundled Sales"). We cannot be held liable or responsible for the non-delivery of any goods or services that have been Bundled with Tickets as We have no control or oversight over how the fulfilment or delivery of Bundled Sales is managed. It is a condition of sale that all claims about non-delivery of Bundled Sales must be taken up direct with the Presenter. Please contact Us for details in this instance.
- In some circumstances, You may be able to pay for Your ticket over time, in instalments. If chosen, You agree that We can charge your credit card a deposit, a Booking, Handling and Transaction fee (where applicable) and the number of specified instalments before sending you a confirmed ticket.
- You agree that you only have a reservation for a ticket and are not entitled to an actual Ticket to the relevant event until the full payment of the Ticket and associated fees is made to Us.
- If your credit card details change before you pay any instalment due, you agree to contact Us to update your credit card details.
- You agree that if, for any reason, We are not able to process any of the instalments on their due date, Your reservation for the ticket will be cancelled and your deposit and any fees paid by You to date shall be forfeited to Us.
- If we do cancel your reservation, We agree to repay any instalment (other than the deposit and any fees) you have paid to Us back to the credit card you specified at the time of selecting the pay overtime option, provided that credit card remains valid.
- Oztix / Localtix may offer a ticket resale facility for a specific event. This will allow you to offer for sale your unwanted tickets or to buy unwanted tickets from other customers for such a specific event. Oztix reserves the right to charge a resale fee for facilitating such a sale.
- Oztix / Localtix will use its best endeavours to verify the validity of each ticket offered for sale, but Oztix / Localtix makes no guarantee that all tickets offered on the Oztix / Localtix resale facility are valid. We advise you that as a buyer you should be aware of the risks. If your tickets purchased from the resale facility prove to be invalid then Oztix / Localtix's liability is limited to refunding you the resale facility charge (if charged).
- The terms and conditions that apply to any particular transaction will be the published terms and conditions at the time the transaction was finalised. Subject to the preceding sentence, we may alter or change the terms and conditions as they appear on Our website from time to time effective immediately from posting on the website.
- You should periodically check this page of the website to ensure that you are aware of the latest terms and conditions.
- For inquiries or complaints regarding the sale and delivery of tickets please contact us by email at info@oztix.com.au.
- For inquiries or complaints regarding the staff and/or amenities at a venue or event, please contact the venue management.
- For inquiries or complaints regarding the event, the artist's performance, sound or lighting or production quality, please contact the Presenter.
- When We process your order, we collect your credit card and personal information per Our Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy www.oztix.com.au/privacy.
- If you deny or dispute a charge on your credit card made by us, please contact us immediately. We consider credit card fraud to be a serious offence and we aim to fully prosecute each case possible.
- The images, text, logos, and artwork contained within the Presenters website and the Oztix / Localtix website site are copyright to Presenter, Oztix / Localtix and or the relevant licensors. All rights are reserved. Unauthorised use by way of copying, storage, reproduction, publishing electronically or otherwise transmitting in any form or by any means in whole or in part is prohibited. The Oztix logo is a registered trademark.
- You accept that the Internet is not always reliable and that system outages may occur. Save to the extent set out in the Competition and Consumer Act 2012 (Cth) (including the consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law) or otherwise permitted by law, the Presenter, Merchant or Oztix / Localtix will not be liable for any damages direct, incidental, consequential or otherwise, loss or corruption of data, loss of profits, goodwill, bargain or opportunity or loss of anticipated savings resulting from your purchase of any tickets or your access to, or use of, or inability to use the web site and its content, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, statute or any other legal theory, and whether or not We know of the possibility of such damage.
- Unless otherwise specified in the Presenters own terms of Sale or Entry these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia but legal proceedings may be commenced in any Australian State or Territory.
- Our goods and services come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. Those consumer guarantees apply in addition to any other express warranties which we provide under this Agreement. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
Deniliquin Ute Muster Additional Terms
We reserve the right to change any or all of these terms and conditions, and/or add new terms and conditions
at any time.
When we do so, we will make a new copy of these available on our website. Your continued use of
our website will be deemed to constitute your acceptance of such changes.
Tickets & Wristbands
- The festival ticket is sold by Deni Play on the Plains Limited (‘the organiser’s). This ticket (wristband) is to be sold subject to the terms and conditions.
- Wristbands are non-refundable and non-transferrable and must be purchased from the organisers authorised ticketing agency Oztix.
- Wristbands may not be re sold, unless via the official ticket resale facility should one be made available by the organiser.
- The purchaser of the wristband must ensure that the name on each ticket is correct and that ID may be asked for at the festival entry.
- You are responsible for checking all festival information and ensuring you have purchased the correct tickets for the festival. No refunds will be processed if you make an error in relation to your ticket purchase.
- Wristbands must be worn for the duration of the festival, failure to do so may result in your eviction. Any wristbands that are removed or tampered with will be rendered invalid and will not be replaced. Damaged or defaced wristbands will not be accepted.
- Wristbands purchased for children aged under 18 years of age (minors) can only be purchased with an adult wristband.
- Children Under 13 are admitted free and will be issued with an Under 13 wristband which must be worn. Parent or adult guardian must provide proof of age of the Under 13 if requested.
General
- The Deni Ute Muster (“the festival”) will not be cancelled due to adverse weather except on the advice of emergency services in extreme conditions in which case no refund or exchange will be given on wristbands.
- The organisers are providers of recreational services and activities as defined under the Civil Liability Act. You are aware and acknowledge that the festival site contains all manner of obstacles, risks and dangers both known and unknown which may result in loss or damage to your property, personal injury or death. You choose to come onto the festival site at your own risk and to the full extent permitted by law, you release and indemnify the organisers, its agents, employees and volunteers from and against any claim or liability of any nature in relation to injury or death, from you or any third party which might arise from entry to or the use of the festival site by you and any accompanying persons and or minors regardless of how the damage, injury or death is sustained or caused.
- The organisers reserve the right to vary advertised performing artists, entertainment and the festival program as is required and at its absolute discretion.
- CCTV Cameras are operational over the festival.
- Personal digital cameras are permitted at the festival. SLR cameras are permitted but professional photography equipment (e.g. telephoto lenses; any lens over 20cm; any detachable lens) is not permitted without organiser-issued media accreditation. Festival staff will determine in their discretion whether permitted only on the basis that:
- Images are only used for private and professional use; and
- Images cannot be made available for sale and/or public display.
- Recording or filming the festival is strictly prohibited.
- The organisers reserve the right to confiscate and/or delete any footage, recordings and/or photos created by unauthorised or prohibited recording, filming or photography.
- You consent to be included in film and sound recordings of the festival and for these recordings to be used by the organisers in any medium or context without further authorisation by or compensation to you.
- In the event of injury or illness the organiser may, at the cost of the patron, arrange medical treatment and/or emergency evacuation as deemed necessary for the safety of the patron.
- You are responsible for your own property. There is no storage available at the festival site.
Vehicles
- Vehicles brought into the Camp Areas (Reserved, Volunteer, Family, Ute) are not permitted to leave and return under any circumstances until the festival is over. Vehicles are not permitted to be driven around the Camp Areas for any reason.
- Breach of this condition may result in your eviction from the Festival Site for the remainder of the Festival. If you are evicted for breach of this condition you will not be entitled to any refund for your Festival Ticket or Camp Site Ticket.
- NSW Road Rules Apply - In NSW, it is a crime to either drive or ‘attempt to put a vehicle in motion’ while occupying the driver seat if under the influence of alcohol or prohibit drug.
- No modified vehicles or unsafe use of vehicles allowed on site. Vehicles may not be modified once on site.
- Buses will be operating in and out of town, please check your festival guide, website or App for the bus timetable.
- Alternatively, there will be a carpark located outside of the festival site where vehicles may be left and patrons enter via foot with their camping gear. Please note search conditions will apply.
- Bicycles/Scooters (non-motorised only), as per NSW Road Laws helmets must be worn at all times and a maximum speed of 10km (walking pace). Bicycles/Scooters are not allowed into the festival arena.
Behaviour
- No swimming in channels or waterways within the festival site.
- Possession, sale or use of illicit substances is strictly prohibited at the festival and on site. Any person found with illegal drugs or illicit substances in their possession will be removed from the site and subject to Police action.
- For safety and other reasons, some parts of the site are not open as part of the venue, patrons must not enter fenced off areas or areas to which access is denied.
- Please help to keep our site and your Camp Site clean, place all rubbish in bins and take all items with you when you leave.
- The organisers will not be responsible for any property left on the site and may recover the cost of removal and return to patron’s address.
- Whips are to be used at your own risk and sensibly.
- The organisers may refuse you entry into or remove you from the festival if you:
- do not obey these terms and conditions
- refuse to allow the organisers to inspect bags, containers and vehicles at the festival
- if you disrupt the festival
- if you interfere with the enjoyment, comfort or safety of other persons at the festival.
- if you have acquired a stolen or counterfeit wristband.
- If you are evicted from the festival/festival site or denied entry to the festival/festival site, you will not be entitled to any wristband refund and or compensation.
- Patrons must not cause damage to, improperly use, remove or tamper with any festival site facility, event infrastructure, seating, toilets, furniture, vehicles, pipes, lighting, taps/fittings, electrical equipment, wiring, signage or enter any onsite bodies of water at the festival site. Patrons must not remove or attempt to remove any item or object from the festival site or surrounding area.
- Patrons may be removed from the Festival Site, Festival Arena, Camp Areas (Reserved, Volunteer, Family, Ute) if, in the opinion of the Organiser, they behave or act in a threatening or inappropriate manner, including without limitation, any aggressive, riotous, abusive, offensive, racist, sexist or insulting actions towards other patrons.
- You are not permitted to display trading signs or protest banners or paraphernalia or anything deemed offence in the opinion of the organisers on the Festival Site or in the Camp Areas. This includes signage inciting other patrons to act in inappropriate behaviour.
- Patrons will be subject to prosecution for committing any offences within the festival site by New South Wales Police.
- Patrons accept full liability and responsibility for any loss or damage caused in contravention of this clause or any other term of these Terms and Conditions.
Entry / Exit To And From Festival Site And Festival Arena
- It is a condition of entry to the festival site and festival arena that a search of you and your possessions and or vehicle be conducted. If you do not consent to such searches, you may be denied entry to the festival site and festival arena without refund.
- It is a condition of entry into the festival arena that all patrons submit to being searched. This may include pat down of persons and physical inspection of bags and containers.
- Non-alcoholic drinks taken into the festival arena must be unopened/sealed.
- Unsealed empty plastic water bottles (no metal, glass or aluminium bottles) are allowed into the festival arena, these can be filled up at the free water stations.
- Umbrellas and shade structures are not permitted into the festival arena.
- Push bikes/Scooters are not permitted into the festival arena.
- Activities such as moshing, crowd surfing, climbing and stage diving are strictly prohibited. Patrons engaging in these, or other dangerous activities will be removed from the festival arena.
- Children under 16 years must be always accompanied by a parent or adult guardian at the entry gates and whilst at the festival or campgrounds.
- Children 16 years or older do not need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian to enter or whilst they are in the festival arena.
- Children under 18 years are not permitted to camp at the festival site unless they are camping with a parent or guardian. ID and proof of age must be provided if requested.
- Patrons wishing to purchase and or consume alcohol must be 18 years and over and have valid photographic ID. Anyone found supplying or buying alcohol for a minor will be evicted from the event & may face criminal charges. Any minor found consuming or in possession of alcohol face similar action.
Camping
- All vehicles entering the Reserved Camping areas must have the appropriate valid Reserved Camping vehicle pass displayed on their windscreen.
- Vehicles brought into the Camp Areas (Reserved, Volunteer, Family, Ute) are not permitted to leave and return under any circumstances until the festival is over. Vehicles are not permitted to be driven around the Camp Areas for any reason.
- No modified vehicles or unsafe use of vehicles allowed in camp area. Vehicles may not be modified once on site.
- No noise is permitted in the Camp Areas (Reserved, Volunteer, Family, Ute) after 12:00 midnight (AEST). You acknowledge and agree that organisers may ask you to leave the Camp Areas if there is noise from your camp area after 12.00 midnight (AEST). Noise includes, power generators excessive loud music, Ute revving (also note NSW road rules and starting vehicle under the influence of alcohol).
- Patrons must vacate the site/camping areas by 2.00pm on Sunday 6th October 2024.
- BBQ (gas bottle must comply with 2018 regulations)
- Wood – it must be under 60cm x 30cm for your own small campfire which must be contained in a drum (excessive fire wood will be confiscated)
- Camping gear
- Food, water and soft drink (strictly no glass)
- Fire drum (1/2 x 44 gallon or less)
- Generators – Please be mindful of your neighbours when in use.
- Alcohol – Every adult patron camping on site can bring one only (for the entire festival) slab/box/carton to a maximum of 30 cans of beer or pre-mix spirits or 4L cask of wine into the camping area. Purchasing additional alcohol and transporting onto site via buses, taxi’s and private vehicles is not permitted and will be seized and not returned.
- This is one of the above for the entire festival not one per day. No Glass
Items Allowed In Camping Areas Only
Items Prohibited From The Event Site
Prohibited Items will be confiscated and not returned, with no
exceptions.
Prohibited Items include but are not limited to:-
- Firearms and ammunition.
- Glass
- Butane gas canisters and burners
- Liquid fuel containers such as kerosene, petrol, diesel and gas bottles, other than those allowed in purpose-built RVs, caravans and campervans that have been certified and fitted. Fuel containers are not permitted in the Ute Paddock
- Illicit substances
- Fireworks, flares or explosives
- Unregistered vehicles, vehicles with a permit or any vehicles that the organisers/event staff believe to be unroadworthy.
- Household furniture, vehicle parts or excess tyres
- Structures built on site in camping area
- Weapons including but not limited to: shovels, knives, axes, chainsaws
- Anti-social behaviour
- Beer funnels or bongs
- Drones or any other remote control devices
- Flammable liquids (container/jerry cans with flammable liquids will be confiscated)
- Projectiles or explosives in solid, liquid or gas form.
- Paint cans or spray paint cans
- Nitrous oxide bulbs and cannisters
- Wood over the allowed size of 60cm x 30cm
- Fireworks and flares are prohibited and will be confiscated on entry, anyone caught lighting fireworks and flares will be evicted.
- Animals are not permitted at the Festival Site or Campgrounds. Assistance animals (such as guide, hearing and
assistance dogs) that have been trained to assist a person with a disability, to alleviate effects of that
disability; and have been trained and certified or accredited and registered are permitted. The organisers
reserve the right to refuse entry to any dog that is declared a dangerous dog or a restricted breed, has an
infectious disease or poses a threat to public health or the health of other animals.
Please contact office – 03 5881 3388 for further clarification. - Whips are not to be used in the festival arena unless part of the whip cracking demonstration/championships.
Any other object the organisers decide could be dangerous or disruptive to the event or other patrons, this is up to their discretion.
If it is important to you and on the prohibited list don’t bother bringing it to the festival, as it will not be returned.
